The Site

Ten Luxurious Villas are located approximately two miles south of town in what is locally known as "Millionaire Row" (due to the large private homes that have been built in the area). There are three buildings. Two 4-plex's and One duplex. The two 4-plex buildings are located on either side of the property with the duplex nestled in the center behind the complex's pool and sunbathing deck. All units have an unobstructed view of the blue waters of the Caribbean Sea and the reef beyond. A sturdy seawall is built in the front of the property and offers protection from the elements and provides an extended white sand beach front area.

Building "A", on the north end of the property, broke ground in February of 2004 with expected completion in May 2005.
Building "B", in the center of the property, started in August 2004 and is expected to be completed by December 2005.
Ground breaking for the third building "C" is expected to start in February 2006 and be completed by December 2006.

Floor Plans & Pricing

The duplex, located in the center of property, overlooks the Caribbean past the pool area. The building houses identical upper and lower condos, each 1740 square feet with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The large front verandah is accessible by both the master suite and the great room through beautiful french doors. The spacious master suite holds a large custom-made wood closet and large master bathroom with double sinks and separate shower and bathtub. The second bedroom is located on the opposite corner of the condo with the second bathroom accessible from the hall. The laundry/utility room is by the main entrance. The great room consists of a large gourmet kitchen with bar area, dining and living areas all with ocean views and breezes.

The Building 'A' fourplex is situated on either side of the pool and duplex with unobstructed views of the ocean. The building contains two lower and two upper condos. All units have an oceanfront great room consisting of a large gourmet kitchen with bar, dining and living areas with french doors leading to a large verandah. A hallway runs down the center of each condo leading to a large master suite with master bath, a second bathroom and bedroom on the opposite side of the hall and a laundry/utility room by the main entrance.

Observation Deck
